Land Marks of Past – Kos Tower and Milestones of Lahore

The Rule of Sher Shah Suri that started in 1540 has always been considered as one of the best rules this land has ever seen in recent history. He remained ruler of India only for five years, but those five years were full of achievements. Jarneli Sarak (Road) also known as GT Road in India is one of his great achievements.  During his rule he worked on infrastructure of territory, three major roads were constructed on his order and collectively these roads are thousands of miles in length.

Fuss during Zulfiqar Mirza’s Talk at Oxford University (Exclusive Video)

Oxford University Pakistan Society holds talk almost twice a month and this evening they arranged a talk by Dr. Zulfiqar Mirza (Ex Home Minister of Sindh, Pakistan). if you have seen the news than you must know that there was a fuss created during his talk, when he said that he came to UK with some concrete proves against Altaf Hussain. However, Organizers jumped in and controled the situation, the president of the society at that stage took the stage and tried to make the audience realise that where they are sitting and what they are representing.

Stay Divided and See The Fall

Question is simple, “why you people hate MQM?” this question was asked by my Faisalabadi friend from my other friend who is Sindhi. By that time, I realised that politics is going to be the dessert of the dinner that I was trying to finish. The statement of Senior Minister of Sindh Dr. Zulfiqar Mirza has given a discussion topic to many people. And we four friends were enjoying this hot cake at that time.

My friend who is from interior Sindh and spent some years in Karachi unfolded charge sheet against MQM and Urdu speaking community, the final allegation was “they don’t like Sindhi people”. “Keep it simple mate, if you hate them then they have all the rights to dislike you”, I tried to add my notes into the discussion.
