I do not know how to write such things but still I am trying to. Well consider it my first attempt in not only making gulab jamuns but also writing about something that I cooked; therefore accept it please.

For  balls

  • Carnation milkj powder – 2 cup
  • All purpose flour(maida) – 1/2 cup
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • Whole milk just enough to make the dough

Sajji in the Making

I am a food lover I believe that all these eatable things are given to us to eat and if we avoid them we are degrading a blessing which I as sin to me. Many times I have been asked a question that, what I like to eat the most or what is my favorite dish? It was never hard for me to answer this question because in the long list of things, that I eat there is still one thing, which I like the most, and my answer to this question has always been “Sajji”.

This replied led to another questions, sometimes, what is Sajji? In addition, I have replied this question many times as well.
